Minimum of a Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior knowledge or familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and HALAL systems is a strong advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Result-oriented individual with a positive attitude, proactive initiative, and strong problem-solving skills.

Must be willing and able to work full-time in Batang Kali, Selangor.

System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and all associated Quality Control Programs.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and monitor the daily performance of the QA/QC team members.

Auditing: Execute scheduled internal audits and external vendor audits to guarantee strict compliance.

Standardization: Establish, review, and continuously optimize in-house quality procedures, standards, and product specifications.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and government statutory bodies (e.g., JAKIM, KKM).

Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints thoroughly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Operational Agility: Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by Management to support business needs.
