任职资格
- Malaysian citizen, physically fit.
- Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Based on the handwritten note.)
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Own transportation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well with people from different backgrounds.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Able to follow instructions well and complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in handling government-related projects is an added advantage.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to start work immediately.
岗位职责
- Organize and maintain company documents, files, and records.
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and meeting minutes.
- Perform accurate and organized data entry.
- Prepare supporting documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders (where applicable).
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and external parties when required.
- Assist with other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company and employee information.
