Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Executive to assist with the execution of events and brand activations. This position is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with our Creative, Production, and Operations teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Events, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in events, production, or activation preferred.

• Fresh graduates with solid internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.

• Strong communication skills

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends during events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned projects from planning through execution.

• Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed

• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Finance)

• Manage vendors, suppliers, and oversee fabrication progress.

• Coordinate logistics, manpower, setup, and dismantling

• Assist with on-site event execution and troubleshoot problems

• Maintain thorough documentation (quotations, POs, DOs, VOs, etc.)

• Assist with client communication and project updates.
