Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E maintenance or site supervision, preferably in commercial buildings or shopping malls

Familiar with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems in a commercial setting

Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical documents

Familiar with mall authority requirements, work permit systems and building compliance standards

Good coordination, communication and leadership skills

Responsible, independent and able to work in a fast-paced commercial site environment

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within commercial buildings and shopping mall environments

Supervise daily site M&E operations and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors and mall management

Ensure all M&E works are completed on time, within scope and in full compliance with mall authority requirements and safety standards

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems

Monitor site progress and submit regular reports to management and building/mall authorities

Enforce site safety regulations and ensure all workers comply with mall entry permit and SOP requirements

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records and compliance documentation
