What's the team function?

LIVE team is responsible for:

• Raising positive brand awareness of DASHER and its associated brands on TikTok and Shopee via LIVE channel.

• Driving in more revenue via the channel by generate more sell-out.

• Concreting customer loyalty throughout engaging content.

What's the skill required?

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or related fields.

• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera with good communication skills.

• Confident, energetic, and passionate about social media and live streaming.

• Familiar with TikTok and Shopee Live

• Creative, willing to learn, and able to adapt quickly.

• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• No prior hosting experience is required—training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in hosting live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other social media channels.

• Introduce and demonstrate products in an engaging, friendly, and professional manner.

• Interact with viewers by answering questions and encouraging audience participation during live sessions.

• Support the team in planning live content, scripts, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to create engaging live stream content.

• Learn to analyze live stream performance and identify ways to improve viewer engagement and sales.

• Utilize AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, and improve preparation for live sessions.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate creative ideas into live streaming.
