Job Description

Responsible for project cost estimation, cost control, subcontractor management, and commercial documentation to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.

• Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills & Microsoft Office.

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience.

• Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team.

• Familiar with JPS documentation & presentation is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Source for sub-contractors.

• Prepare LOA and quantity surveying elements of works i.e. estimation of project cost, cost monitoring, specifications, BQ, VO, EOT, claim & final account.

• Prepare commercial & technical reports for award recommendation including LOA.

• Maintain project budget & cost control reports.

• Manage sub-contractor registration & evaluation including service performance.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by Superior.
