• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Automotive Service Operations, Manufacturing, or Reconditioning, with at least 2 years focused specifically on process improvement or assistant management.

• Proficiency in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Advanced Excel skills (Data pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP/DMS systems.

• Solid understanding of Body & Paint and mechanical repair workflows.

• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset; approach to solving operational gaps.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical process changes to floor staff and senior management alike.

• Agile and proactive—able to pivot quickly when operational priorities shift.

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Conduct time-motion studies and workflow audits within the CCL to identify bottlenecks in vehicle refurbishment and repair.

• Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline the transition between inspection, refurbishment, and final quality control.

• Apply Lean or Six Sigma principles to reduce Turnaround Time; (TAT) without compromising quality standards.

Quality Control Integration

• Work closely with the QC team to translate quality failures into process fixes; if a specific defect is recurring, you find the root cause in the workflow.

• Monitor compliance with Carsome Certified Quality Standards and develop "Corrective Action Plans" for teams or vendors falling short.

Aftersales Efficiency

• Analyze the warranty and claims process to identify delays; implement automated or simplified workflows to improve customer response times.

• Optimize the spare parts procurement flow to ensure technicians have the right parts at the right time, reducing idle bay time.

Data & Performance Reporting

• Maintain and monitor key operational KPIs (Productivity per bay, Cost per unit, QC pass rates).

• Develop dashboards and weekly reports for management that highlight operational trends and areas requiring intervention.

• Assist in capacity planning by forecasting labor and material needs based on historical throughput data.

Vendor & Stakeholder Support

• Support the evaluation of external vendor performance by providing data-driven insights on their quality and speed.

• Collaborate with the B2C and Customer Experience teams to implement feedback loops that turn customer complaints into process improvements.
