MUST REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or a related technical field.

• Over 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, AutoCAD drafting, construction drawings, or related technical design work.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Experience preparing Bills of Materials and maintaining drawing revisions.

• Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and BIM models within project timelines.

• Produce accurate Bills of Materials to support fabrication, installation, and project delivery.

• Check drawing accuracy, consistency, and revisions to minimise site and fabrication errors.

• Maintain and update the drawing database, including records for past systems and spare parts reference.

• Support customisation work for special projects and other technical tasks assigned by the department.
