Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or toll operations is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to handle cash accurately and responsibly.

To represents the company’s as front liner servicemen and to provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to the highway users.

To collect toll from vehicles ensuring that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification and toll rate.

To check and ensure that the toll equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and to report any malfunction promptly.

To receive and report any information and complaints from the road users

To undertake other duties as and when directed by the Toll Supervisor.
