What You Will Gain from This Internship:

• Gain real-world experience in a production environment and understand the workflow of a plastic packaging manufacturing facility.

• Learn about the production processes, machine operations, quality control measures specific ant etc.

• Improve your technical understanding of manufacturing equipment, material handling, and basic troubleshooting.

• Develop awareness of workplace safety procedures, 5S practices, and proper handling of tools and machinery.

• Work alongside experienced production staff and learn effective communication and coordination on the factory floor.

• Interns who perform well may be considered for permanent roles, subject to job availability and management evaluation.

• Assist the executive with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

• Support in the preparation and compilation of reports and documentation.

• Assist superior to collect the data from the production.

• Organize and maintain proper filing of records and ensure document accuracy and accessibility.

• Assist in performing any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as delegated by the executive or superior.
