Monitored online content to identify and remove content that violated company policies, safety standards, or platform guidelines.

Evaluated content for issues such as hate speech, harassment, violence, scams, misinformation, adult content, and other policy violations.

Applied moderation policies and guidelines consistently and accurately when making content decisions.

Reviewed reported content and user complaints to determine whether appropriate action should be taken.

Escalated complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases to the relevant internal teams for further investigation.

Maintained a high level of accuracy, productivity, and consistency while handling a large volume of content.

Ensured moderation decisions were made within required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
