Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent

• Proficient in Mandarin communication

• Willing and able to work on-site in Puchong

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility are encouraged

• Prepared detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for construction projects.

• Measured and calculated quantities of construction materials, labour, and other resources required for projects.

• Prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for construction works.

• Assisted in preparing project budgets and monitored costs to ensure projects remained within approved budgets.

• Reviewed architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify project requirements and calculate accurate quantities.

• Prepared and evaluated tender documents, quotations, and cost comparisons from contractors and suppliers.

• Assisted with the tendering and procurement process, including reviewing contractor proposals and recommending suitable bids.
