Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Familiar with TikTok Shop or social media platforms is an advantage.

Friendly, proactive and willing to learn.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

With or without experience are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Handle customer enquiries via TikTok Shop and other online platforms.

Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

Follow up on after-sales cases, including refunds, replacements and order-related issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and store ratings.

Prepare basic reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Support daily e-commerce operations when required.

Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
