Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 7–10 years of relevant working experiencein a similar role, preferably within theaquaculture or agriculture industry

Ability and willingness to work as a sole contributor initially, with the capability to lead and develop a finance team in the future

Lead month-end/year-end close and produce accurate financial statements and management report

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis; provide actionable insights to management

Manage cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and banking relationships

Maintain internal controls, policies, and compliance (tax/VAT, statutory filings)

Coordinate external audits and resolve audit issues

Improve finance processes and support ERP/reporting tools
