Minimum a Degree in Engineering

Min 2-3 years of Project Engineering working experience in the plastic injection moulding / medical devices industry.

Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin due to business needs to liaise with China counterparts.

Knowledge or internal audit training for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 is an advantage.

To lead and coordinate overall new project development including new to modification new and existing tools from beginning until 1st mass production.

Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling and coordinating the mold trial.

To act as a contact window person with customer in technical and engineering matters.

To assist in quotation preparation.

To prepare the New Part Information and BOM after part approved.

Responsible follow up the engineering change given by customer and monitor running change of production.

To handle customer enquiries or complaint of new project or tool modification.

As the Project Leader of the assigned new project.

Ensure all new products have customer's approval before production.

Ensure ISO documentation are follow and in order.

Assist in project improvement plan and cost saving plan .

Accountable for the successful process and hand over completion of projects.

To ensure the company 5s is in order.
