Working hours: 9am-6pm {Monday - Friday)
Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree (Major in Accounting) or
Professional Qualifications in Accountancy or equivalent (MIA, MICPA, ACCA or CPA Australia)
Possess written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in written and verbal Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with clients from China
Knowledge of accounting software (SQL & Autocount) will be adding advantage
Knowledge of MFRS & GAAP will be adding advantage
Knowledge of consolidation will be adding advantage
Possess good initiative to learn, hardworking and responsible
Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing travel to government office and client office
岗位职责
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple client files.
Prepare and send monthly management accounts together with schedules and detailed listings to clients.
Prepare and issue payment vouchers to ensure expenses are properly recorded and posted in the accounting system.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documents.
Support the preparation and submission of SST and e-Invoicing.
Prepare invoices and quotations and handle collections from clients.
Ensure assignments are carried out accurately and completed within deadlines.
Assist the superior in monitoring engagements.
Coach and supervise junior team members.
