Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in retail, financial services, or branch operations, including supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of cash handling and stock control
Good leadership and communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
Strong analytical, decision-making, and numerical skills
Proficient in computer systems and reporting tools
High integrity and accountability with a strong sense of responsibility
Assertive yet approachable, able to lead a team effectively
Able to work under pressure and ensure compliance and asset control
岗位职责
Manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth customer service, cashiering, and administrative functions; act as PIC when required
Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulations; maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Handle cash management, including floats, daily reconciliation, and safeguarding of pledged items with regular stock checks
Enforce security and safety procedures while identifying and mitigating operational and security risks
Lead, supervise, and coach staff to maintain discipline, performance, and a positive work environment
Monitor sales performance, support KPI achievement, and report branch results to Management
Prepare and submit reports on time; assist in auctions and support company initiatives
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time-to-time
