• Minimum 1-2 year retail sales / customer service experience
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented, confident, and proactive personality
• Good sense of styling / fashion awareness preferred
• Able to speak English & Mandarin as liaising with China supplier and customer. Mandarin speaking is highly preferred for customer service needs.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional image

Location:KL / Selangor / Johor / Seremban / Melaka / Penang

• Supervise and drive sales performance across assigned territories
• Lead and monitor van sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Ensure consistent product availability and outlet coverage
• Oversee route planning and optimise territory coverage for better productivity
• Coach and guide sales team in achieve targeted sales
• Provide performance feedback and develop team capability
• Monitor sales data and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with depot and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock supply
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulated tobacco distribution requirements
• Handle customer or operational escalations when necessary
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and documentation
