POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTICS

LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG

• Providing prompt and professional customer service to existing clients
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Coordinating freight and cargo forwarding logistics to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and shipments
• Communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery process
• Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing customers and securing new clients
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
