Contact potential and existing customers via telephone.

Introduce and promote the company's products or services.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Understand customers' needs and provide suitable solutions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Follow up with customers and close sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the database.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
