Requirements
- Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
Responsibilities
- As a coordinator, received Change Order from internal customer - Engineer, Buyer, Planner.
- Data entry and some administrative job into the ERP system like Oracle and 3DExperience/Enovia and other platforms.
- Handle some coordination job / advisor between the stakeholders.
- Validate and analyze the change order received.
Backend request (BE)
- To handle and execute back-end manual process request execution that includes MIMU, item revision, planning percentage, etc.
- To find a method to generate a tool/enhance the existing tool for planning percentage requests and link the tool to SharePoint for request tracking.
