Able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Assist with daily administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and filing systems.
Handle data entry and update company records accurately.
Support coordination of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks when required.
