Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
Prior experience within a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in payroll administration, including overtime calculations and statutory compliance.
Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and employment-related regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Recruitment & Employee Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for administrative, clerical, sales support, accounting, and other office-based positions.
Collaborate with Department Heads to coordinate manpower planning, candidate selection, and interview arrangements.
Prepare employment-related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Administer employee separation processes, including resignations, terminations, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
Payroll Administration & Attendance Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including overtime calculations, allowances, incentives, and other payroll components.
Review and validate payroll data, attendance records, and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee leave records and attendance management systems.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Prepare payroll-related reports and manpower cost analyses for management review.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace-related issues.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies.
Manage disciplinary matters and ensure consistent and fair application of organizational policies and procedures.
Prepare and issue disciplinary documentation, including warning letters, show-cause letters, and termination notices.
Facilitate counseling sessions and support conflict resolution initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate probation assessments, employee confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.
Learning & Development
Identify training and development needs for administrative and support staff.
Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive training records and related documentation.
Support HRDF claim submissions and ensure compliance with relevant training regulations.
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements where necessary.
HR Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR information databases.
Generate and analyze HR reports, including employee turnover, absenteeism, overtime trends, and workforce statistics.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation for internal and external audits.
Draft and distribute internal communications, HR policies, announcements, and employee notices.
