Education: Diploma / Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field. Experience: Preferably 1 3 years of experience teaching children with special needs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Compassionate, patient, and able to engage with children across a range of abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)

Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student s developmental and learning goals. Deliver one-on-one and small group teaching sessions for students with special needs. Use play-based and multi-sensory teaching strategies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. Track and assess students progress, adapting teaching plans as needed. Collaborate closely with therapists and caregivers to ensure a consistent support system. Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and IEP documentation. Support life skills, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
