Qualification Requirement:-

• Degree in Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in project management.

• Experience in maintenance servicing and technical working environment in related field is an advantage.

• Preferably experience in pre- and post- system configuration/ setup/ programming or equivalent.

• Good knowledge in Network architecture and design.

Skills Required

• Excellent leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to details, the ability to cope with work pressure and ability in decision-making (mainly towards system).

• Highly organized team player; able to prioritize own tasks and work rapidly on multiple simultaneous tasks with tight deadlines.

• Experience in pre-setup environment, post-setup environment, project environment, analytical skills and strong technical aspects in related field.

• MS Office: Power Point, Word & Excel, Internet, AutoCAD, email and website technology skill.

• Added Value if have knowledge in Security Systems integration and Passion for security and technology matters with willingness to continually demonstrate that passion.

• Good Communication Skills in English (ability to write grammatically correct English and spoken), Good Coordination skills and Good Customer Service skills.

• Possess initiative and resourcefulness.

• Willingness to travel.

• Lead and manage all tasks that involve system configuration and programming (before equipment are to be delivered to respective project sites).

• Work closely with Project Division in planning, coordinate, prioritization and scheduling to understand each respective project timeline/ dateline.

• Collaborates with other departments (Project division, CSS division, Maintenance division) to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Develop and implement effective configuration and programming SOPs to ensure minimal time wastage in preparation of system before delivering to respective project sites.

• Assists in the coordination of testing and commissioning for project handover and its implementation of the best output.

• To analyze complex issues (in-bound as well as out-bound) and coordinate the resolution of any problems that arise, with supervisor of Senior Manager.

• Always maintain good relationship with customers by providing reliable support on Company’s products and services to ensure customer satisfactions.

• Responsible in preparing reports on assigned projects or ad hoc tasks/ requests.

• Working hand-in-hand with all departments to initiates teamwork and motivates a healthy and effective working environment.

• To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned and any task deemed necessary by the management, in assisting Maintenance and Technical Division, when it’s necessarily needed.

• To perform system training to end-user during handover session.

• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

• Make effective training & handover presentations, attend site survey, gaining a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements, understands company’s range of products and preparation of system design solution for respective clients.

• Provides a professional, efficient and friendly service with co-workers and clients. Also making preparation on system configuration and programming accurately with highest level of output.
