Minimum Diploma or higher qualification

At least 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding industry

Good network and relationships with carriers, GSA & CSA preferred

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication skills and able to work independently

Handle air freight enquiries from customers and overseas agents

Support air freight export and import processes and procedures

Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, GSAs, CSAs, trucking companies, and other vendors

Monitor end-to-end shipment processes to ensure timely delivery

Attend to customer bookings for export and import shipments

Update customers on shipment status via email

Coordinate closely with Operations and Sales teams to meet customer requirements

Handle costing and billing for shipments

Maintain and file records in accordance with company procedures

Monitor team productivity and provide feedback/coaching when required

Undertake any other duties assigned by management
