Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience is preferred.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude, responsible, and disciplined.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is an advantage.
岗位职责
Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking activities.
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist with stock handling, receiving, and storage of ingredients.
Support kitchen operations during daily service periods.
Perform duties assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
