岗位职责
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support both customer care operations and directly assist the Hiring Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a Personal Assistant background who enjoys multitasking, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via calls and emails with timely, professional responses
Provide sales and administrative support (quotations, orders, invoices, documentation)
Coordinate order processing, delivery status, and customer updates
Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time delivery
Assist the Hiring Manager with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records
