• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, property leasing, real estate, or business development

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and manage external partnerships

• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple coordination tasks

• Basic knowledge of the Klang Valley property rental market is an advantage

• Own transport is preferred

Agent Network Development

• Source, recruit, and build strong relationships with external real estate agents

• Expand and strengthen the company’s leasing network

Agent Engagement & Appointment Coordination

• Arrange meetings, briefings, and property viewing sessions

• Act as the key liaison between agents and internal teams

Property Information & Marketing Support

• Provide agents with accurate property details, rental packages, and updates

• Support with marketing materials to enhance property visibility

Lead & Deal Coordination

• Follow up on leads generated by agents

• Assist in negotiations and coordinate internally to ensure smooth deal closure

Agent Performance Tracking

• Monitor agent activity and performance

• Track referrals, conversions, and maintain an updated agent database

Partnership Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with active agents

• Ensure continuous engagement through updates and collaboration opportunities
