Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented, confident, and proactive personality

Good sense of styling / fashion awareness preferred

Able to speak English & Mandarin as liaising with China supplier and customer

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional image

Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery and styling options

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards

Assist with stock handling and daily store operations

Support store campaigns, events, and promotional activities
