• Minimum 1 year retail sales / customer service experience
• Fresh Graduate also encourage to apply
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented, confident, and proactive personality
• Good sense of styling / fashion awareness preferred
• Able to speak English & Mandarin as liaising with China supplier and customer. Mandarin speaking is highly preferred for customer service needs.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional image.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery and styling options
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock handling and daily store operations
• Support store campaigns, events, and promotional activities
