You are responsible for

·         Clean, troubleshoot and repair defective modules returned from field service

·         Perform required module upgrades and replace wear/tear parts preventively to achieve as-new quality standard

·         Test modules after repair to confirm full functionality and quality standards are met

·         Ensure all repair activities are in-line with standard DN repair and test procedures

·         Maintain required tools and test equipment to be ready for operation and report failures to manager

·         Ensure workplace is clean and safe at all times

·         Ensure required data regarding repair activities is captured correctly and completely

·         Perform root cause analyses for DOA cases, early life and epidemic failures

·         Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

·         Achieve productivity and quality targets defined by manager repair centre

·         Review stock levels of parts for repair whenever required by manager repair center

·         Provide field service support whenever required by manager repair center

·         Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management as and when needed
