岗位职责
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
Identify and assess customer needs, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through interactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.
Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
Follow up on orders, schedule orders, track back orders, and manage collections.
Support sales personnel by issuing quotations, proforma invoices, and processing & monitoring orders.
Track ETA dates, monitor outstanding sales orders, and provide updates to salespersons and customers.
Ensure all orders are processed timely according to company procedures.
Coordinate delivery arrangements.
