ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and corporate client development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Strategic Business Growth
· Identify high-potential market segments (corporate, SME, education, religious groups, associations).
· Develop annual business growth strategies and expansion plans.
· Explore new verticals such as MICE, inbound tourism, and incentive travel.
· Conduct feasibility studies for new market entry.
B. Revenue Development & Sales Strategy
· Develop customized corporate travel solutions and bundled offerings.
· Prepare business proposals and pitch presentations.
· Track sales pipeline and conversion performance.
· Collaborate with product team to develop corporate-exclusive packages.
C. Partnership & Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strategic alliances and long-term partnerships.
· Negotiate MOUs and commercial agreements.
· Establish referral and affiliate programs.
· Represent company at trade fairs and industry engagements.
D. Performance Analytics & Forecasting
· Prepare revenue forecasts and sales performance reports.
· Monitor profitability and ROI of partnerships.
· Develop client retention and account management strategies.
E. Brand & Market Positioning
· Collaborate with marketing on brand campaigns and positioning initiatives.
· Identify PR and visibility opportunities.
