Responsibilities
Internship is available for the below role and responsibilities. Welcome to discuss the internship details/arrangement and pay.
Full Time Positions
1. Service Crew / Service Supervisor
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Assist in cashiering and handling customer payments.
Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and ready for the next guests
Handle customer inquiries and provide a positive dining experience
Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with opening and closing duties
Additional responsibilities for Service Supervisor
To work under pressure and supervise junior staff during peak hours to deliver quick service and food delivery to customer
Able to minimize customer’s waiting time by managing reservations, guest seating, and floor planning efficiently during peak periods.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Assist in staff training and onboarding
Requirements:
Positive attitudes and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills (English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience is required – training will be provided.
Additional requirements for Service Supervisor:
2-5 years of F & B service experience, with minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skill.
Ability to manage service flow during peak hours.
Basic salary: RM2000 to RM3000 (based on experience)

* Service crew at part time level is wanted too. Rate is RM10/hour, staff meal is provided.
2. Kitchen Crew
Assist in food preparation and cooking according to company standards.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operation.
Perform other tasks assigned by senior chef.
Requirements:
Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures.
No experience required — training will be provided.
Pay: RM1900 to RM2500 (based on experience)
