Physically fit, able to lift and move equipment.

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Team player with a positive working attitude.

No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Assist in loading, unloading, and moving event equipment (stage, lighting, sound, AV).

Support in setup and dismantling of stage structures, truss, and backdrops.

Help with cabling, wiring, and basic connection of lighting and sound systems.

Follow instructions from the Technical Supervisor / Event Manager during setup and show.

Ensure all equipment is handled safely and carefully.

Provide on-site support during events (standby for troubleshooting / repositioning).

Maintain event area cleanliness and orderliness after setup and dismantling.
