Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related fields.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Friendly, confident and willing to learn.

Responsible and able to work independently.

No previous working experience required.

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Assist the sales team with daily sales support activities.

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins.

Assist with preparing quotations and sales documents.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, appointments and services.

Assist in checking customer and installation records.

Coordinate with customers and the internal team regarding installation schedules.

Assist in preparing and sending product/service information to customers.

Support the sales team in promoting company products and services.

Assist with customer database updates and follow-up records.

Provide general support to the sales team and handle ad-hoc tasks when required.
