Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, cold calling, networking, and direct marketing.
• Prepare and present business proposals, negotiations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
• Gather customer feedback to improve the product offerings and customer experience.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and provide insights to senior

management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the financial services sector, preferably with exposure to e-wallet solutions and card services.
• Strong understanding of foreign worker communities and their financial behaviors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
