REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in interior design & build, renovation or construction project management.

Good understanding of renovation processes, construction materials and site workmanship.

Ability to read and interpret interior design and construction drawings.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Oversee interior renovation projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Site Coordination: Manage contractors, suppliers and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact during construction, providing progress updates and addressing project-related matters.

Quality Control: Monitor site workmanship and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and design intent.

Procurement: Coordinate material orders, deliveries and installation schedules.

Problem Solving: Identify site issues early, propose solutions and ensure timely resolution.

Project Documentation: Maintain progress reports, track variations and coordinate project handover.
