Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, construction machinery, or related industries.

Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.

Willing to travel within the assigned region when required.

Experience managing distributors, dealers, or key accounts is an advantage.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.

Promote and sell heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and related products.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and potential customers.

Prepare sales forecasts, business proposals, quotations, and regular sales performance reports.

Lead customer negotiations, product presentations, and commercial discussions.

Coordinate with technical, after-sales service, and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor regional sales performance and implement strategies to improve market penetration.
