Requirements

• No minimum SPM qualification required
• Fresh graduates are welcome (F&B/customer service experience is an advantage)
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Friendly, responsible, punctual and customer-oriented
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally
• Set up, clear and reset tables
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily outlet operations
• Follow restaurant SOPs and perform other assigned duties

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational off day
• Rotational shifts
• 8 working hours + 2-hour break per shift

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
