Retail Supervisor

• Minimum SPM level of education.

• Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Language proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.

• Good PR and sales skills are an added advantage.

• Able to work independently and manage a team.

• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

• Have own transportation to travel within Klang Valley.

Retail Assistant

• Minimum SPM level of education. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Friendly personality with good communication skills.

• Good PR and sales skills will be an added advantage.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Language proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Retail Supervisor

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Lead and support the retail team in daily tasks.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

• Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.

Retail Assistant

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.

• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displayed neatly.

• Handle cashier duties and daily sales transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience.

• Perform good initiative and responsible to handle the customers.
