Role Description The Technical Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya. The intern will assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining data recording and monitoring systems, including hardware and software components. Daily tasks may include supporting senior technical staff with device setup, troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting test results, and updating system configurations under supervision. The intern will also help prepare technical reports, assist with customer support inquiries, and participate in internal projects to improve product quality and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on experience in monitoring and control solutions, with exposure to cold-chain and food safety

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn in a technical environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and support teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Interest in cold-chain monitoring, food safety compliance, or industrial automation is an added advantage.
