Ready to keep construction sites safe, compliant and running smoothly?Join Jiangsu Installation Sdn. Bhd. (JSI) and play a key role in maintaining site safety standards, monitoring construction activities and ensuring workers comply with occupational safety and health requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions, practices and potential hazards.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, risk assessments and safety records.
• Conduct toolbox briefings, safety inductions and awareness sessions for workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE and ensure workers follow safe work procedures.
• Assist in investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and relevant parties to resolve safety issues.
• Monitor work permits, housekeeping, emergency preparedness and other site safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DOSH requirements, OSHA and relevant construction safety regulations.
• Follow up on safety findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent; relevant safety qualifications are preferred.
• Must possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Yellow Book registered with DOSH/JKKP.
• Must possess a valid E-Certificate (e-Cert) relevant to the SSS qualification/registration.
• Previous site safety experience in construction is required; experience with a main contractor is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations and construction site safety practices.
• Able to conduct site inspections, toolbox briefings and prepare safety reports.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, observant and proactive in identifying and addressing safety risks.
• Willing to work at construction project sites as required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
