Operation Crew — Dua Ains Cake Batik

Location: Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, near Subang Bestari
Starting Basic Salary: RM1,800 per month
Salary Progression: Opportunity to increase to RM2,200 per month based on performance

Working Days & Hours

• Working days: Tuesday to Sunday
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly rest day: Monday

Working days and the weekly rest day may change depending on operational needs. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Dua Ains Cake Batik is a growing dessert brand specialising in premium cake batik, located in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, near Subang Bestari.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, explain our products, and assist with their purchases.
• Handle customer enquiries politely and provide accurate product information.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Handle payments and operate the cashier or Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Pack products neatly and accurately for walk-in purchases, collection, and delivery.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• Arrange product displays and replenish available stock.
• Check product condition, stock availability, and expiry dates.
• Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate daily records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the counter, display, and outlet areas.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including checking sales and payments.
• Follow company SOPs and food hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Leader or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, cashiering, or the F&B industry is an added advantage.
• School leavers, fresh graduates, and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Basic maths skills and confidence in handling payments.
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• A team player with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.

Salary & Performance Bonus

• Starting basic salary of RM1,800 per month.
• Opportunity for a basic salary increase to RM2,200 per month, subject to performance assessment and achievement of company standards.
• Performance bonus based on KPI achievement.
