全职 Pilates Instructor – Full Time - Part Time 工作, 薪水, Koan Core Club Wellness Selangor 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

We’re looking for a warm, approachable, and genuine Pilates Instructor to join our team at Koan Core Club.

The role is primarily focused on Hot and/or Non-Hot Mat Pilates. This is a mat-based role only, so no reformer teaching is required. We’re also open to instructors with experience in other styles or variations of Pilates, especially if you have a unique class concept or teaching approach that you think would suit our studio.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in what they teach while still being easy to connect with — someone who can make clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported without the class feeling intimidating or overly serious. You should be able to give clear instructions, demonstrate movements well, offer modifications when needed, and create an enjoyable class experience for different levels.

What we’re looking for:

• Certified in Pilates or a relevant fitness qualification
• Comfortable teaching Hot and/or Non-Hot Pilates
• Experience in other Pilates styles is a plus
• Clear and confident communication and cueing
• Warm, approachable, and easy to connect with
• Able to create a welcoming and encouraging class environment
• Good understanding of form, alignment, and safe movement
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to support beginners while still challenging more experienced clients

Previous teaching experience is preferred, but we’re also open to newer instructors who are confident, passionate, and have a strong teaching style.

Why Join Koan:

• Become part of the Koan community and grow alongside a supportive team
• Meet and connect with a community of like-minded people who share an interest in movement, wellness, and wellbeing
• Build genuine connections with both instructors and clients
• Have the opportunity to bring your own personality and teaching style into your classes
• Be part of a welcoming studio environment where we value good energy, community, and creating a great experience for everyone

If you enjoy creating thoughtful, engaging classes and helping clients feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their movement, we’d love to hear from you.
