Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Technician to carry out electrical installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance works for solar PV systems and industrial electrical control systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform DC and AC electrical wiring and installation for solar PV systems.

* Install and terminate DC cables, AC power cables, control cables and earthing systems.

* Carry out installation and wiring works for inverters, distribution boards, electrical panels and related equipment.

* Assist with PLC, HMI and VFD installation, wiring, configuration and troubleshooting.

* Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, insulation resistance (IR) testing and functional testing.

* Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out rectification works.

* Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documents.

* Assist with testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and solar PV systems.

* Ensure all works comply with electrical safety procedures and project requirements.

* Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other site personnel to complete work according to schedule.

Requirements

* Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* Experience in electrical installation, AC/DC wiring and cable termination.

* Knowledge of solar PV electrical systems is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI and VFD systems.

* Able to read electrical drawings and perform electrical troubleshooting.

* Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Fresh graduates with relevant practical skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,993.33 per month
