Aesthetic & Supplement Sales Executive

Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam/Subang Jaya
Salary: RM5,000–RM7,000 + Commission & Transport Allowance (TBA)
Working Days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

About the Role

Our Client is a Malaysia-based pharmaceutical SME established in 2024, headquartered in Singapore, specialising in premium pharmaceutical and supplement products.

We are looking for a Supplement Sales Representative with a strong network of aesthetic doctors and dermatologists in Malaysia to drive product sales, develop healthcare professional relationships and support brand visibility through social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell supplement products to aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Create and publish engaging social media content, including photos and videos, to promote products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales and digital marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• Proven pharmaceutical or related sales experience, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
• Existing experience and network with aesthetic doctors and dermatologists in Malaysia is a must.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Basic photography, videography and video-editing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to travel frequently.
• Valid driving licence and own reliable transportation.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic salary: RM5,000–RM7,000
• Commission and transport allowance (to be confirmed)
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
