Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BQ, cost estimates, tender documents, and quantity take-offs.
• Manage tendering, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Prepare progress claims, payment applications, and variation orders (VO).
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and finalise project accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain commercial records and prepare cost reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
