A leading and advanced electronics manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & ERP Specialist to support the integration of financial processes with ERP systems.

This role focuses on improving accounting workflows, strengthening financial data accuracy, and enhancing system efficiency through process automation and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will also support general ledger management, financial reconciliation, and manufacturing cost analysis to ensure reliable financial information and effective internal controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, ERP systems, or finance process improvement.
• Good understanding of general ledger, account reconciliation, accruals, prepayments, and financial reporting.
• Experience in ERP implementation, system enhancement, data migration, or accounting process automation will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting and cost control is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems and large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
